- Tomatoes (ripe and not refrigerated)
- Feta Cheese
- Fresh Basil chopped
- Balsamic Vinegar
Slice tomatoes in thick slices (about 1/2 inch thick). Grill tomatoes about 5-6 min each side at 350-400 degrees. Once you plate the tomatoes, top with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, feta cheese crumbles, and chopped basil (in that order).
