- 3 mangoes diced (or 2 cans of diced mangoes drained)
- 1 1/2 jalapenos (seeds removed) and diced
- 6 oz of Island Vinaigrette
- 1 teaspoon of dried/dehydrated minced onion
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Mash with a potato masher or with a fork until most of the diced mangoes are well blended/mashed. Serve with scoop shaped tortilla chips and enjoy!
